Para ello, propone la recuperaci\u00f3n del tejido urbano de la zona oeste de \u201cla Vila\u201d y la puesta en valor de la muralla almohade, los restos del antiguo templo de Santa Mar\u00eda y el desaparecido Puente de Sant Gregori. La redefinici\u00f3n del car\u00e1cter hist\u00f3rico de esta zona, hoy muy desdibujado, supondr\u00eda un importante paso para restituir parte del valor patrimonial de este conjunto, al ser \u00e9ste su alzado con mayor presencia en el paisaje circundante y el menos obstruido por la existencia de edificaciones posteriores extramuros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; margin-left: 30px;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #515151; background: white;\">En este sentido el alcalde de la ciudad, Diego G\u00f3mez ha manifestado, \u201cesta iniciativa supone un importante hito para Alzira, ya que accedemos a propuestas arquitect\u00f3nicas del m\u00e1s alto nivel y sobre todo comprometidas con la conservaci\u00f3n, la tradici\u00f3n y el patrimonio\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #515151; background: white;\">Comienza la segunda fase del concurso: CONCURSO INTERNACIONAL DE IDEAS, en la que se anima a arquitectos y urbanistas de cualquier nacionalidad a presentar propuestas de dise\u00f1o para cualquiera de los emplazamientos seleccionados.
