{"id":47419,"date":"2020-03-09T18:23:36","date_gmt":"2020-03-09T17:23:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alzira.es\/eventos-cancela-de-sueca-guanya-el-iv-concurs-d-espardenya-francisco-jose-garcia-a-alzira-2\/"},"modified":"2020-03-09T18:23:36","modified_gmt":"2020-03-09T17:23:36","slug":"eventos-cancela-de-sueca-guanya-el-iv-concurs-d-espardenya-francisco-jose-garcia-a-alzira-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alzira.es\/es\/eventos-cancela-de-sueca-guanya-el-iv-concurs-d-espardenya-francisco-jose-garcia-a-alzira-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Eventos Cancela de Sueca guanya el IV Concurs d\u2019Espardeny\u00e0 Francisco Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda a Alzira"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La pla\u00e7a del Regne d&#8217;Alzira<\/strong> es mostrava ahir plena de gom a gom a la celebraci\u00f3 de la <strong>Festa de l&#8217;Espardeny\u00e0 valenciana i IV Concurs d&#8217;Espardeny\u00e0 Francisco Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">26 restaurants van competir pel premi a la millor espardenya, que <strong>enguany ha sigut per als riberencs Eventos Cancela<\/strong>, de Sueca un cl\u00e0ssic en la participaci\u00f3 d&#8217;este concurs. <em><strong>Com a guanyadors s&#8217;emportaven un premi <\/strong>patrocinat per l&#8217;Ajuntament d&#8217;Alzira<strong> de 3000 euros<\/strong> <strong>a m\u00e9s de diversos regals <\/strong>de les empreses patrocinadores<\/em>. <em><strong>El segon premi de 1500 euros<\/strong> va ser per al <strong>restaurant Bonaire del Palmar<\/strong> i <strong>el tercer<\/strong>,<strong> valorat en 1000 euros<\/strong>,<strong> per a Val i Quinze<\/strong> d&#8217;Alginet.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enguany, i fora del concurs professional, <strong>tamb\u00e9 han cuinat este plat t\u00edpic 9 associacions<\/strong> que van passar un mat\u00ed divertit i de germanor <strong>i que han rebut tamb\u00e9 el seu premi<\/strong>. <em>En este cas el <strong>tercer premi de 100 euros<\/strong> va recaure a la <strong>Falla Nou Mercat d&#8217;Algemes\u00ed<\/strong>, el s<strong>egon de 200 euros<\/strong> per a la <strong>Fil\u00e0 Alborx\u00ed<\/strong>, i el<strong> primer de 300 euros<\/strong>, per a la <strong>falla Sants Patrons<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La ciutat d&#8217;Alzira va tindre un mat\u00ed festiu en qu\u00e8 la ciutadania van poder visitar els cuiners participants i con\u00e8ixer el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 d&#8217;esta recepta, passar pel photocall instal\u00b7lat junt a les muralles i assistir a la gravaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un programa de televisi\u00f3 nacional. L&#8217;alzireny Tom\u00e0s Blay, de Ca Tom\u00e0s, guanyador de la passada edici\u00f3 del concurs, va ser l&#8217;encarregat de cuinar al plat\u00f3 exterior de Canal Cocina una Espardeny\u00e0 2.0, una versi\u00f3 m\u00e9s moderna d&#8217;este plat, que donar\u00e0 a con\u00e8ixer Alzira i la nostra gastronomia a tota Espanya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per la seua banda l&#8217;emissora de r\u00e0dio municipal, Alzira R\u00e0dio va fer el seguiment en directe de la jornada i va entrevistar els participants i assistents.<br \/><em><strong>En total es van repartir m\u00e9s de 2000 racions d&#8217;Espardeny\u00e0 i 200 racions de regany\u00e0<\/strong><strong> que van poder tastar de manera gratu\u00efta els alzirenys i alzirenyes que van passar per la pla\u00e7a del Regne<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Establiments participants<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;
