{"id":39575,"date":"2019-03-11T09:46:27","date_gmt":"2019-03-11T08:46:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alzira.es\/exit-al-iii-concurs-d-espardenya-francisco-jose-garcia\/"},"modified":"2019-03-11T09:46:27","modified_gmt":"2019-03-11T08:46:27","slug":"exit-al-iii-concurs-d-espardenya-francisco-jose-garcia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alzira.es\/es\/exit-al-iii-concurs-d-espardenya-francisco-jose-garcia\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c8xit al III Concurs d\u2019Espardeny\u00e0 Francisco Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Alzira, 10 de mar\u00e7 de 2019.-<\/strong> El restaurant Ca tom\u00e0s d&#8217;Alzira ha resultat el restaurant responsable de cuinar la millor espardeny\u00e0 al III Concurs d&#8217;Espardeny\u00e0 Valenciana d&#8217;Alzira, Francisco Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com a guanyador, ha rebut un premi patrocinat per l&#8217;Ajuntament d&#8217;Alzira de 3.000 euros, seguida del restaurant Ros Estudio Gastrobar de Llombai qui ha estat guanyador del segon premi patrocinat per Val\u00e8ncia Turisme de 1.500 euros i el tercer premi, patrocinat per la Mancomunitat de la Ribera Alta, ha recaigut en el Restaurante Sandra de Val\u00e8ncia, dotat amb 1.000 euros.<br \/>A m\u00e9s, enguany, gr\u00e0cies a la col\u2022laboraci\u00f3 amb Gastr\u00f2noma, el guanyador d&#8217;esta edici\u00f3 far\u00e0 una exhibici\u00f3 d&#8217;espardeny\u00e0 en la pr\u00f2xima fira gastron\u00f2mica valenciana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El jurat, format per reconeguts professionals de la gastronomia, ha tastat les 26 elaboracions en dos tandes de 13, la primera les 13:15 i la segona a les 13:45 hores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;alcalde d&#8217;Alzira, Diego G\u00f3mez, amb altres membres de la corporaci\u00f3 municipal, han participat en el concurs junt amb la diputada de Turisme, Pilar Moncho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un total de 26 restaurants han participat en la tercera edici\u00f3 del Concurs Nacional este diumenge, 10 de mar\u00e7, des de les 10 del mat\u00ed a la Pla\u00e7a del Regne, organitzat conjuntament per l&#8217;Ajuntament d&#8217;Alzira i Tus Noticias de la Ribera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Els establiments participants s\u00f3n: L&#8217;Espardenyot, de Carcaixent; Casa Mariano, de Les Palmeres; Los Botijos, de Bicorp; Hotel Lluna, d&#8217;Alzira; El Roure, d&#8217;Alzira; Restaurante Ribera, de Carcaixent; L&#8217;\u00c0lfabega, d&#8217;Alginet; Val i 15, d&#8217;Alginet; Mes\u00f3n Tous, de Tous; Ca Agust\u00ed, de Sueca; La Granja, de Sueca; Oryza, de Sueca; Cancela Eventos, de Sueca; Picanterra, de Cullera; Bon Aire, de El Palmar; L&#8217;Alqueria del Pou, de Val\u00e8ncia; La Visteta, de Barx; Honoo, de Val\u00e8ncia; Origens, de D\u00e9nia; Restaurante Sandra, de Val\u00e8ncia; Ca Eladio, de Llombai; Ros Estudio, de Llombai; Avenida 2.0, de Massamagrell; Ca Tom\u00e0s, d&#8217;Alzira; Meishilin, de Val\u00e8ncia; i Flote, de Castell\u00f3 de la Plana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un dia de festa de carrer on l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 ha repartit m\u00e9s de 600 racions d&#8217;espardeny\u00e0 per als assistents que han volgut tastar-la i el que Alzira R\u00e0dio ha portat a terme una programaci\u00f3 especial i en directe des les 12 fins a les 14 hores. Ma.
