Otorgadas mediante Decreto n\u00ba 31 de Secretar\u00eda  de fecha 17-06-2015. <\/span><\/p>\n

Las Delegaciones gen\u00e9ricas de \u00c1rea que se otorgan en virtud de la Delegaci\u00f3n comprenden la facultad de dirigir y gestionar los Servicios correspondientes, pero no la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros, debiendo las Sras. y Sres. Concejales-Delegados dar cuenta a la Alcald\u00eda de los asuntos de trascendencia y de especial inter\u00e9s que se planteen en sus respectivas \u00c1reas. <\/p>\n

La Alcald\u00eda-Presidencia gestionar\u00e1 directamente las materias relativas a las \u00c1reas y Servicios que no han sido objeto de expresa Delegaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
