Extrau-ne la polpa i deixa-la esc\u00f3rrer tota la nit dins d\u2019un drap sobre un colador per a llevar-ne la m\u00e0xima quantitat d\u2019aigua possible. D\u2019esta manera s\u2019aconseguix una massa m\u00e9s compacta.<\/li>\n<li>Passa la polpa de carabassa i de moniato pel passapur\u00e9. Afig-li la ratlladura de taronja i de llima, la mel, els rovells d\u2019ou, la canella, el gingebre en pols, les orellanes en trossets i la farina d\u2019ametla.<\/li>\n<li>Fes la forma d\u2019un volc\u00e0 amb la massa en una cassola de fang. Decora-ho amb les ametles i els pinyons.
