Quan este estiga daurat, hi incorporem el conill trossejat i ho sofregim tot amb una mica de sal. Ho mesclem tot perqu\u00e8 es cuine de manera uniforme.<\/li>\n<li>Quan la carn estiga ben daurada, hi afegim la bajoqueta, el garrof\u00f3 i el pebre dol\u00e7 i ho mesclem tot b\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e0pidament, hi afegim la tomaca ratllada en trossos perqu\u00e8 el pebre no es creme i mesclem totes les verdures del sofregit fins que queden tendres.<\/li>\n<li>Tot seguit, hi incorporem l\u2019aigua fins a arribar als claus de la paella. Esperem que bulla i, quan ho fa\u00e7a, la deixem aix\u00ed durant 5 minuts. Despr\u00e9s, rebaixem el foc i ho deixem coure tot entre 20 i 30 minuts a foc mitj\u00e0.<\/li>\n<li>Quan arribem a este punt, uns 5 minuts abans d\u2019afegir-hi l\u2019arr\u00f2s, hi afegirem el safr\u00e0 en brins i corregirem el punt de sal.<\/li>\n<li>Abans d\u2019afegir-hi l\u2019arr\u00f2s, avivem el foc. La forma tradicional de repartir l\u2019arr\u00f2s \u00e9s fent una creu en l\u2019aigua que est\u00e0 bollint i el distribu\u00efm, tot seguit, de manera uniforme per la superf\u00edcie del recipient. En corregim la sal si escau.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9s el moment de controlar-ne el foc.
