Condimentem el sofregit i el daurem.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3, sofregim el pebre roig dol\u00e7 i la tomaca triturada.<\/li>\n<li>Quan estiga a punt, hi afegim l\u2019arr\u00f2s i la cre\u00eflla tallada a rodanxes grosses i ho mesclem tot en la paella.<\/li>\n<li>Fiquem tota l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 anterior en una cassola de fang amb la cabe\u00e7a d\u2019alls al centre, les botifarres, els cigrons cuits i la tomaca a rodanxes.<\/li>\n<li>Hi aboquem el caldo, sempre dues mesures per cada mesura d\u2019arr\u00f2s, en corregim el punt de sal i distribu\u00efm tots els ingredients de manera uniforme.
