Ho reservem i en fem una picada.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3, fregim la resta dels alls de la cabe\u00e7a amb pell i amb el pollastre, el conill i l\u2019\u00e0nec (tamb\u00e9 s\u2019hi pot afegir embotit com la llonganissa), fins que estiga rostit. Hi incorporem el pebre roig i ho sofregim tot r\u00e0pidament, amb cura que no es creme. Hi afegim, tamb\u00e9, el vitet picant.<\/li>\n<li>Hi incorporem l\u2019aigua sense que arribe a cobrir totalment la carn i ho deixem coure tot a foc mitj\u00e0 durant 15 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Tot seguit, hi afegim les cre\u00eflles tallades en trossos i ho deixem tot al foc uns altres 10 o 12 minuts.<\/li>\n<li>Per a acabar, hi incorporem les anguiles en trossos de 10 cm, ho deixem coure tot uns 7 o 8 minuts m\u00e9s i, finalment, hi afegim la picada que hem fet amb les ametles i els dos alls fregits.
